Furthermore, an infrared camera will also pick up on moisture so can locate;

  • leaks in the roof that have the potential to cause serious damage
  • leaks in the plumbing
  • damaged or wet insulation
  • any water found around penetrations or even within the foundations that has the potential to cause serious
  • damage to the structure of a building
