Why Choose Russell Inspection Services

Russell Inspection Services Imaging has helped many clients throughout New Hampshire, North Conway, Farmington, and Alton, Maine, Vermont and Massachusetts areas. Owning a building in Northern New England can be challenging due to our severe weather. Poor building practices over the last decade have produced buildings that are more susceptible to these weather conditions. Moisture problems along with heat loss or ice dams top the list of issues with homes and commercial buildings in New England. Some of these issues cause expensive high energy costs, which is why we also offer energy audits with blower door testing.

At Russell Inspection Services we are trained and Certified in Building Science Thermography. We know what to look for, whether it’s a moisture intrusion problem, air/energy leakage or electrical concerns, and we are able to determine if an anomaly is a valid issue. We have many years of experience in the building industry and take pride in our vast knowledge of how building components are brought together. This training and ability, along with our experience in inspections and thermal imaging, makes us the best choice for your inspection needs.

Why Thermal Imaging?

Infrared thermal imaging has many uses under the skilled hands of a qualified thermographer. Many items of concern are often hidden from visible detection through traditional investigations. However, these concerns typically provide a heat signature that can be detected through infrared thermal imaging equipment. An inspection using infrared thermal imaging is relatively quick, non-invasive, non-destructive, and can save our clients both money and time that traditional inspection methods cannot. This is why infrared thermal imaging has rapidly become one of the most cost-effective and valuable diagnostic services for many diverse applications of commercial, industrial, and residential building inspections.
